Q1: What of the copyright of 3D dome sticker logo?

A1: The companies own all the product logos and copyrighted trademarks.

Q2: Do you have the ability to sign a file of copyright and confidentiality agreement?

A2:Please do note that we are not allowed to print any trademarks that are registered without the written consent of the trademark owner, and particularly not to print any well-known logos. To produce, our factory would require the customer to mail the certificate of the authorization of the logos.

In case our customers do not wish to have the logo on the printed site of our web, we might sign the copyright and confidentiality agreement in presence of the order.

Q3: How will I be required to give information in order to order 3D dome stickers?

Q5: What is the lowest quantity of 3D dome stickers that can be made into a single order, and is it possible to combine various designs in an order?

A5: We are not as rigid on the size of your order. Ordering of small trial is acceptable, though very low quantities raise the unit cost. To achieve improved pricing and improved doming outcomes, we suggest that a reasonable amount of designs be ordered.

You are able to order several designs at once, however, each design must comply with our minimum production specification in terms of size and layout. Based on your quantities and artworks, our sales team shall suggest the most affordable combination.

We can also give you physical pre-production samples in case you want to view the doming effect, color and adhesion on your product surface and on the entire batch before actually running the entire batch.

Sample costs and shipping will be confirmed with you case by case, and sample settings can be reused for your repeat orders.

Q8: What if there is a quality problem with my 3D dome stickers after receiving the goods?

A8: All the 3D dome stickers are 100% inspected before shipment. For any defect concerning our printing, cutting, or doming after you get the goods, please contact us as soon as possible with attached photos or videos. In this case, our quality team will check the situation and offer reasonable solutions, such as free reprint, replacement for the defective part, or other forms of compensation according to the actual situation.
