A1: As a company, we have been a direct manufacturer of printing and die cutting services since 2005 and we are ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Q2: What concerning the shipping and lead time?

Your orders are usually delivered to you between 2-7 business days upon receiving payment.
Mostly, most countries in most cases will receive their parcels in 315 working days. Isolated regions might require more than fifteen working days.
Upon shipping we will make a tracking number available to you.
Q3: What is the copyright of the logo?
A3: The companies own all the product logos and the trademarks that are copyrighted. The designs that we are being supplied by the customers are only used to produce as per the request.
Q4: Are you able to sign a copyright and confidentiality agreement?

Without the written permission of the trademark owner, we are not allowed to print any trademarks that have been registered. In the case of popular logos, before production the customers are required to submit an authorization certificate.
In case you do not want your logo to be featured on our web-site or in our catalog, we can sign a copyright and confidentiality contract during the order.

Q6: What is the minimum quantity of the epoxy dome stickers that you will order?
A6: In the case of most of the dome stickers of epoxy our standard MOQ is 500 to 1,000 pcs per design (depending on the size and shape).
In the case of small test orders or new projects, we will be able to support a flexible MOQ after ensuring your design and use.
Q7: What are some of the methods of payments you accept?
A7: We accept T/T bank transfer, western union, PayPal and cash. Other payment terms can be negotiated with long term customers or in case of large order.
Q8: Is it possible to have a sample prior to mass-production?
A8: Yes.
- We have available the samples of epoxy dome that are already in use at no charge on condition that you pay the freight.
- In the case of custom samples, a sample charge will be required based on size, shape and color of printing.
Custom samples are produced with the same material, resin, and printing process as mass production, so you can check the 3D doming effect, color, and adhesion before confirming the full order.
Custom Tips
In order to have the best effect of 3D doming, clarity and durability to your epoxy dome stickers, the following tips are to be reviewed before placing your order:
1. Select the Occurs to Be Used as the Base Material
PVC, PET and vinyl have varying degrees of flexibility and strength. PET and high-tack vinyl are stronger in their ability to resist the UV, water and temperature in the outdoors.
2. Offer Clear Printing of Vector Artwork
Due to the amplification of the details by the epoxy layer, the clean vector artwork (AI, PDF, CDR, CAD) is used to provide a sharp edge and precise color reproduction. Avoid low-resolution images.
3. Firm Requirements Color Early
Epoxy gives colors depth and gloss which can change colors slightly making some colors darker. In case you need to be very precise about the color in your branding, then you can give Pantone numbers to match.
4. Choose the Right Adhesive on Your Surface
Please provide information on whether your stickers will be used on plastic, metal, glass, curved surface or even textured surface. We will suggest the use of standard, strong, or 3M adhesive type to have the best bonding.
5. Take into Account the Shape and Edge Edges Smoothness
Rounded corners or smooth lines are the best to use domed stickers because the resin will flow evenly. In cases of very sharp shapes or highly complicated shapes a low radius is advised to prevent resin overflow.
6. Order a Sample of Special Finishes
When you are using metallic films, holographic effects and/or irregular shapes, a pre-production sample is used to check the final 3D doming effect and adhesive operation.
