Custom Tips
We would like to advise the following tips before making your order, in order to make sure that your food packaging labels require the best visual impact, are durable and that they will work with machines:
1. Choose the Perfect Material to Use in Your Packing Surface
Depending on the kind of packaging, use paper, PP, PET, or vinyl based on the type of packaging in use (plastic bags, bottles, jars, pouches, and metal cans). PET and vinyl are suggested to be used with oily, moist or refrigerated goods.
2. With Regards to Temperature and Storage Conditions
Food labels are subjected to cold-chain, freezing, condensation or heat. Will you need freezer grade, moisture or heat resistant adhesives in your products?
3. Offer Vector Artwork to Clean Printing
Food labels are usually written with small text and nutrition table and barcodes. Vectors (AI, PDF, CDR) It has sharp printing and displays small letters clearly and barcodes scan correctly.
4. Check Coating and Finish According to Use
The durability is influenced by gloss, matte, UV varnish or lamination. A lamination is highly suggested to avoid wasting of ink in case of daily usage, refrigeration, or transportation.
5. Specify Roll Requirements for Automatic Labeling Machines
If your labels will run on automated packaging lines, please confirm:
- Unwind direction / roll direction
- Core size (25 mm / 40 mm / 76 mm)
- Labels per roll
- Maximum outer diameter
Accurate roll specifications ensure smooth machine compatibility.
6. Request a Sample for Color or Material Verification
For large-volume food labels or strict brand color consistency, a custom sample helps confirm finish, adhesive performance, and printing accuracy before mass production.
