Q2: What about the lead time and shipping?
A2: 1. We ship your orders within 2-7 business days after the payment is received. 2. In most cases, items will reach most countries within 3 to 15 working days; remote areas may take over 15 working days. 3. We will provide you with a tracking number for reference after delivery.
Q3: What about the logo copyright?
A3: All product logos and copyrighted trademarks are the property of the companies that they represent.
Q4: Can you sign a copyright and confidentiality agreement file?
A4: Please note that we cannot print any registered trademarks without written permission from the trademark owner—especially for famous logos, we require customers to provide logo authorization certificates before production. In case you do not want your logo-printed products to be displayed in our site; you can sign a copyright and confidentiality agreement prior to order.

Q6: Do you offer pre-production samples for resin domed labels?
A6: Yes, we provide pre-production samples to confirm quality, epoxy doming effect, and color matching. Sample lead time is around 5 working days. The sample cost is refundable when your bulk order quantity meets our minimum requirement.
Q7: What material options are available for resin domed labels, and can you recommend the right one?
A7: We offer PET, PP, PVC, Vinyl printing materials, plus Epoxy doming and PU doming. PET + Epoxy doming (waterproof and UV resistant) is preferred in outdoor applications, however, PP + PU doming is suitable in cost-effective orders. Please tell us your application situation and we will recommend the most suitable combination of materials.
Q8: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for resin domed labels?
A8: Our MOQ is 100 pieces per design. In orders, where the custom shapes or other materials (e.g. silver/golden film) are very complex, the MOQ can also be changed to 200 pieces. Quantity pricing (500 or more) is favored by the factory and we facilitate a split delivery in the occasion of requirement.
Custom Tips
In order to make your custom resin domed labels have the perfect durability, appearance and functionality, the following are some of the guidelines that you should observe:
1. Artwork Requirements
Insert high-resolution vector files (AI, PDF, CorelDRAW) in CMYK color mode or in defined Pantone numbers to be printed in correct color. Keep text/logos 2mm away to edges of labels to avoid cropping and keep very small lines (less than 0.3mm) which can become blurred by epoxy doming.
2. Material Selection
PET is the choice in the outdoor (UV-resistant, waterproof); PP in the indoor (cost-effective); and Vinyl in the flexible surfaces. Combine with Epoxy doming to achieve a durable glossy and scratch resistant, or PU doming to achieve a lower weight and higher conformability to curved substrates.
3. Size & Shape Considerations
Custom shapes are welcome, provide a clear outline file for precise die-cutting. For small labels (under 2cm in diameter), avoid intricate details that may be lost in production. Ensure the label size matches your application surface to prevent edge lifting.
4. Color Matching Tips
Use Pantone colors where the brand is required to be the same because the CMYK color on different surfaces can vary slightly. Test a sample of pre-production to assure that the colors are accurate, particularly in light-colored designs, epoxy doming can darken colors a little.
5. Application Surface Prep
Clean the application surface (remove dust, oil, moisture) before applying labels. For curved or uneven surfaces, choose flexible Vinyl material and PU doming to ensure tight adhesion. Avoid applying to rough textures that may trap air bubbles.
6. Epoxy/PU Doming Notes
If you need enhanced durability (e.g., for industrial equipment), select Epoxy doming (thicker, more scratch-resistant). For labels requiring frequent handling, request a hard-coated doming layer. Inform us of temperature exposure needs, we’ll adjust doming formula for extreme conditions.
7. Copyright & Design Compliance
Ensure your logo/design has proper copyright authorization. If confidentiality is required, confirm the signed NDA with us in advance. Avoid registered trademarks without written permission, as we require authorization certificates for such designs before production.
