A1: Our materials are of high quality, such as steel, aluminum, brass and copper. The benefits of each type are as follows; stainless steel is extremely durable, aluminum is light and easy to handle and brass/copper provides a finish. Depending on what you need to do with your application we can prescribe the option.
Q2: How many units of the engravers with the nameplates do you require?
A2: An order of 50 units per design is required and 2011 units per design are to be regarded as a2). The factory prices are offered when the quantity of orders exceeds 500 units. We also offer MOQ modification, to custom jobs.
Q3: What are the permitted file formats of submitting the designs?
A3: We also accept high quality in the form of vector in the form of engraving or printing works (AI, PDF, CorelDRAW, CAD). In case you provide images in the form of bitmaps (PNG, JPG) make sure that they are, at least, 300 DPI in order to eliminate the possibility of blurred images. In designs that have text you can also give the font names and font sizes.
Q4: Is there a sample to be used by manufacturing to test the quality?
A4: Yes we do indeed have production samples. Timeframe, to produce samples is 3-5 business days that will give you time to evaluate the depth of the engraving, the material quality and design accuracy. After your bulk order has reached our MOQ the sample price can be returned fully.
Q5: What are your favourite methods of dealing with engraved nameplates?
A5: Finishing methods that we offer include etching ( lines) engraving (inaccurate and durable impressions) embossing (elevated 3D features) anodizing (unique improves aluminum corrosion resistance) and screen printing (bright and powerful colors). You will have to select the technique that fits your design requirements.
Q6: What does the mass production have as lead time?
A6: The time spent in the production process in case of a range of orders between 7 to 15 business days depending on the volume of order and the complexity of the manufacturing process. On orders that we accept within 3 to 7 business days- expedited production, just tell us your deadline when you place the order.
Q7: Do you have customized engraved nameplates, sizes and shapes?
A7: Certainly. We offer customization on size starting with 1cm by 1cm with shapes (rectangular, irregular and others). Please provide a shape file or a dimension drawing of an exact dimension. The cutting/engraving designs that we will produce will suit your need.

Custom Tips
In order to either make your name plates using the engraving technique as precise as possible, of maximum durability, and of consistent brand image here are some of the most important points to remember:
1. Artwork & Design Precision
Provide high-quality vector files (AI, PDF, CorelDRAW, CAD) for engraving avoiding bitmap images with resolutions, below 300 DPI to prevent blurriness. Font sizes must be least 6pt (1.8mm). Lines should be least 0.2mm thick; detailed logos need to be outlined to ensure precise engraving or etching results.
2. Application Material Selection
Industrial/Exterior: steel ( to rust and wear); Lightweight/cost-efficient: aluminum (enhanced through anodizing for durability); luxury/visual appeal: brass/copper (develops a unique patina over time). For electronics use thin-gauge aluminum (0.3–0.5mm) to save space.
3. Processing Technique Matching
Opt for etching to craft designs (like numbers or detailed logos); use engraving for long-lasting marks (ideal for areas with frequent handling); employ embossing to achieve a raised textured look (great for enhancing brand prominence); screen printing works well for bright colors (pair with a clear finish to increase longevity). Anodizing is applicable, to aluminum offering color variations and corrosion resistance.
4. Size & Shape Considerations
When creating name tags sized 1cm×1cm avoid designs that may weaken the materials durability. Use edges with a 0.5mm radius to remove corners and enhance safety especially for handheld devices or consumer products. Make sure the final size fits your installation space leaving a 1–2mm clearance.
5. Finish & Protection
Use brushed finishes to conceal fingers ( suitable where people touch it regularly); use polished finishes to achieve a glossy appearance ( use on high-end branding); use matte finishes to eliminate glare ( best, where it is outside or in a bright place). Order a coating (epoxy or lacquer) to protect against the fading or loss of color.
6. Mounting Preparation
In case you require a way to stick your nameplate then provide this information before hand so that I can know whether to provide holes, adhesive stickers or peel-and-stick variants. When selecting drilled holes, make sure that there should be a distance of 2mm between the holes, so as not to damage them. To mount options can be selected 3M-supported products on surfaces.
7. Color & Contrast Tips
Silver, gold or custom color can be added to anodizing on aluminum to enhance visibility. In request fill-in paint (epoxy or enamel) in a shade (to match the aluminum text) to add emphasis to details to small nameplates where clarity is paramount.
8. Quantity & Batch Consistency
When ordering in large batches, send a master sample or a color swatch to ensure that the depth in the engraving, finish and color is similar. To have serial numbering or sequential marking, share the format of numbering (e.g. alphanumeric, barcode) and starting point to provide precise and consistent printing/engraving.
