Acrylic Front Panel
Acrylic (PMMA) is very transparent and is popularly known as plastic crystal. It is also superior in weather holding and in particular high-quality out of doors application, superior in comparison to other plastics, and also good in terms of surface hardness (up to 2H-4H), smooth lustre and high processing plasticity. It has a Visible Light Transmission (VLT) of 92 and has great anti-static properties, and the surface patterns can be created using either silk screen printing or UV printing.

Q5: What do you have as minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A5: A5 of our custom acrylic front panels is 100 pcs, because of color matching, tooling, and set up of production.
We can have flexible MOQ depending on your project requirement when it comes to simple printing or repeat orders.
Q6: Is it possible to have a sample prior to mass production?
A6: Yes, we have both online and offline sampling:
- Digital proof (free) for layout confirmation
- Physical sample (paid) using the same material and printing method as mass production
Sample production takes 3–5 days, and mass production starts after approval.

Custom Tips
The following are recommendations that you should consider before placing your design to assist you in realizing the best results to your custom acrylic front panel order.
1. Provide Vector Artwork When Possible
To achieve maximum clarity of printing, upload AI, PDF or SVG. Use not low-resolution JPG/PNG so that it does not blur in UV printing.
2. Confirm Color Requirements
The reaction of acrylic in the UV light is not the same. In the case that your design contains brand colors, then provide Pantone codes to ensure your colors match perfectly.
3. Check Panel Thickness & Transparency
Select correct acrylic sheet (1 mm -5 mm). The panels are thicker and more durable; frosted or matte finish helps to control the glare of control panels.
4. Select Adhesive Based on Surface
Our adhesives include 3M 200MP, 300LSE and tailor made adhesives. Incorrectly bonded: Select a wrong device casing: Plastic, Metal or Powder Coated.
5. Review Cutouts and Button Alignment
For front panels with windows, LED holes, USB cutouts, or button areas, please confirm all dimensions to avoid misalignment during installation.
6. Request a Pre-Production Sample
If your project includes complex printing or multiple SKUs, we recommend a physical sample to verify color, surface finish, and die-cut accuracy.
