Barcode Labels
We can print our labels and overlays with special barcodes or QR codes and brand and identify product in one label. They are waterproof, dustproof, and also oilproof as they are made with 100 percent new PET or Polycarbonate (PC), which is much stronger as compared to regular paper labels. Both of the pieces have transparent windows or accurate die-cut areas, smooth edges, good quality printing, great transparency, and great adhesive bonding. We will offer one stop solution design, printing and die cutting where the MOQ is none and the tooling fee is none.

1. Choose the Right Material for Your Environment
Simple labels can be made using paper, whereas the PET/PP/PVC labels are those that have a higher water, oil and chemical resistance. In the case of cold-chain and freezer storage, use freezer grade adhesive materials.
2. Provide Vector Artwork for Clear Printing
One should have sharp, high-contrast barcodes. The high-resolution artwork or the vector files (AI, PDF, CDR) are needed to prevent the blurred lines that influence the scanning accuracy.
3. Confirm the Required Barcode Type
There are various barcodes that are needed in different industries. Please tell us about your requirement of EAN-13, UPC, Code 128, Code 39, QR Code, DataMatrix or a custom variable barcode.
4. Specify If You Need Variable Data Printing
If your labels require serial numbers, batch codes, or unique barcodes, please send an Excel or CSV file with your data sequence to ensure error-free printing.
