Q2: What are the common production materials?
A2: PC, PVC, PET, ABS, PP, PMMA, 3M adhesive tape, EMI or any other materials;

A3: No worries, please recommend application or usage of the material and then our professional sales will get in touch with you to consult you.
Q4: Does Metal Transfer Stickers have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A4: our MOQ policy is flexible- we start with 500pcs on regular orders and we also have small trial orders in case you want to test something. In the case of large orders, we have special prices.
Q5: What is the duration of production and delivery of the product on receiving the order?
A5: The time needed to produce a sample is 3-5 working days and the time needed to produce a mass production is 5-10 working days. Delivery time delivery depends on your location, it can take 3-7 working days with DHL/FedEx/UPS.
Q6: Do you have a sample of your pre-production before a large order?
A6: Yes, we can give pre-production samples back, to verify material, printing effect and size. All that you have to do is to meet the sample price and this will be subtracted later when you make a bulk order payment.
Q7: Does your company have custom design services on Metal Transfer Stickers?
A7: Absolutely. We have a design department that can help in lining your artwork to be printed and die-cut. Please send your logo, size and design requirements and we will send you refined proofs to your approval.
Q8: What are your payment conditions to orders?
A8: We accommodate any flexible payment terms such as T/T, PayPal, Western, and Alipay. New clients normally have to submit a 30% down payment before the item is manufactured and 70 of it before delivery; regular customers are allowed better conditions on long-term basis.

Custom Tips
In order to have your custom metal transfer stickers in such a way that they satisfy you to the fullest, the following are some of the guidelines that you can observe:
1. Artwork Requirements
Give high-resolution files (AI, PDF or PSD) that have 300 DPI to have sharp print. Keep text / key designs at distance of 3mm on cut edges to prevent truncation.
2. Material Selection
Select PVC as it is relatively inexpensive, is general purpose and has high heat and UV resistance, or PC as it has better durability. The latter are suitable with the outdoor or heavy use metal surface.
3. Size & Shape Notes
Random shapes are possible, however a clear outline file should be given. To achieve maximum adhesiveness, the size of the sticker should correspond to the metal surface and the size should not be too small to fit into a complicated shape.
4. Color Guidance
Indicate CMYK values or Pantone colors to match colours precisely. The first samples to test colors are where the color target is a brand color since metal surfaces can slightly influence the perception of the color.
5. Adhesive Options
Use full-back adhesive when using adhesive everywhere or use selective adhesive when using a complex design. Please inform us whether the sticker is to be used in curved or rough metal in order to create specific adhesive solutions.
6. Surface Prep Reminder
Recommend that your staff should wash the metal surface to eliminate dust, oil or wetness. This provides durability of the transfer sticker.
