Polycarbonate graphic overlays have a wide application daily in control panels, equipment panels, keypads and OEM devices amongst others. They have long life silkscreen printing, die cut shapes with smooth edges, 3M adhesive, clear transparent windows and new polycarbonate, which is ROHS and REACH compliant, and there is no tooling fee.

Q1: In which format of design-file do you want to give?
A1: The first one should be AI, PDF, COREL DRAW, CAD and vector files.
Q2: Can you do OEM service?
A2: Yes! We handle the OEM orders in our factory since the year 2005.
Q3: How many do you order as the minimum?
A3: There are no MOQ, although the quantity of an order would have an impact on the unit price.
Q4: How can I pay for my order?
A4: Bank transfer(T/T), Western Union, PayPal, the payment is supposed to be transferred as the confirmation of orders.
Q5: Will I be able to receive a sample of pre-production to verify the effect of the product?
A5: Yes, we do have samples before production. The lead time of the sample is 3 working days and sample cost can be deducted upon confirmation in your bulk order payment.
Q6: Do you offer any custom thicknesses outside of 0.125mm -2.0mm?
A6: Absolutely. We have options of custom thickness based on your needs of application. Please advise us of needed thickness and we will come up with a possible solution and quotation.
Q7: How can the products be shipped and how long it takes to deliver them?
A7: We provide express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air, and sea delivery, and the door to door can be offered. Express delivery lasts between 3-7 working days, air delivery between 5-10 working days, and sea delivery between the two depending on the port of destination.
Q8: Do you offer one stop service that comprises of design, printing, and die-cutting?
A8: No, we do not have one-stop service. Our team of professionals is capable of design optimization, high quality silkscreen printing, and die-cutting of the material to fit your complete cycle customization needs of polycarbonate overlays.
Custom Tips
In order to make sure that your custom polycarbonate overlays can satisfy functionally and aesthetically, these are some of the guidelines that must be followed:
1. Artwork Specifications
Give out vector files (AI, PDF, CorelDRAW, CAD) to be used on accurate printing and die-cutting. Make sure that text, logos, functional elements (button markers, window outlines) are 3mm distant to cut edges in order to prevent distortion.
2. Thickness Selection
Select thickness depending on use: 0.125mm- 0.5mm (lightweight devices, such as telephones, DVDs), 0.8mm-1.5mm (regular equipment, such as air conditioners, car audio), and 1.5mm- 2.0mm (or custom) (heavy usage/industrial instruments). The thicker materials are used to increase the durability of frequent touch operations.
3. Finish Matching
Use glossy finish on high-visibility branding, and bright colors; use matte/frosted finish on reducing glare (best in outdoor or bright environment equipment); use brush finish to get a high-end/industrial-style appearance. Use the thought of anti-fingerprint coating on the frequently touched areas.
4. Cut-Out & Embossment Notes
In the case of cut-outs (to buttons, LEDs, ports and so on) or raised areas embossed, give clear dimensional information in your design file. Make the cut-out edges rounded and flush with internal parts- we can make them as any size to suit your need of assembly to your device.
5. Window & Transparency Tips
In case your overlay has to be transparent (to allow it to be seen on a display or LED), then specify the level of transparency (xonex full clear or tinted). One must not print on the window space; one can apply a protective film to the prints so that there is no scratch on the transparent area.
6. Material Compliance Notification
Our polycarbonates are in line with ROHS/REACH standards. Should you have more certifications that your product requires (MSDS, TDS, SGS), please notify us prior and we will issue you with the relevant papers to gain market entry needs.
