Q1: How is your quality?
A1: MSTR printing is a professional OEM manufacturer that is certified according to ISO9001:2015. Our services include printing, adhesive and die-cutting, which is closely controlled in terms of quality and all orders are inspected 100 percent with every production process.
Q2: What are the usual materials for production?
A2: PC, PVC, PET, ABS, PP, PMMA, 3M adhesive tape, EMI or other custom materials depending on your requirements.
Q3: What shall I do in a case I am not sure what to use in the first place?
A3: Do not worry. Please recommend the use or application of the roll labels, such as outdoor usage, food packaging, and industrial marking, and the professional sales team will make recommendations based on customized materials.
Q4: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for roll labels?
A4: Our MOQ is 500 rolls per design. On bulk orders (1000 or more rolls), we can give preferential prices. We also do small trial orders in which we test your needs but you can make changes according to the complexity of your design.
Q5: What file formats and resolution are required for custom designs?
A5: Good quality high-resolution vector files AI, PDF, CorelDRAW, and CAD are easily printable. While providing bitmap files, PNG and JPG, ensure the resolution is 300 DPI and above. Please do not send designs in RGB color. Give designs in CMYK or give Pantone numbers so that the color can be matched precisely.
Q6: Is it possible to customise any of the following- roll size, winding directions or core diameter?
A6: Yes. Our custom roll sizes-suited to label size, wind direction-standard left-front outside wind or customized, core diameter-standard 3-inch/76mm or 1-inch/25mm so small rolls. Let us know what you need in order to have a customized solution.
Q7: How long is the lead time for sample and mass production?
A7: The duration of pre-production samples is 3-5 working days. The time of mass production ranges between 7-15 working days depending on the volume of order quantity and complexity of the design. Expressed production for urgent orders is available and has a 3-7 working day turnaround, which is subject to confirmation.
Q8: What are the available shipping methods, and how can I track my order?
A8: We have express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air and sea delivery. Express delivery is 3-7 working days, air shipping is 5-10 days and sea shipping on bulk orders (time frame depending on the destination port). After delivering, we give the tracking number allowing the customer to monitor his order.
