Q1: How is your quality?
A1: MSTR printing is a professional OEM manufacturer that has been certified by ISO9001: 2015. We provide one stop printing, adhesive, and die- cut services with fidelity of quality and all the orders are inspected 100 percent in every production stage.
Q2: What are the usual materials for production?
A2: Our materials are of high quality to use in creating the vinyl stickers (PVC, PET, Vinyl (sticker specific), 3M adhesive tape, and other customizable materials according to your requirements.
Q3: What should I do when I do not know what kind of material should be used?
A3: Do not worry. Please recommend how the vinyl stickers will be used or applied.

Q4: Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) or tooling charge for vinyl stickers?
A4: No, we do not have any MOQ, you can order as many as 1 piece to test it. No tooling costs are also incurred on any custom die-cut shapes and thus it is economical in small batch runs or personalized orders.
Q5: What file formats and resolution are required for custom designs?
A5: The acceptance of high-resolution Vector files (AI, PDF, CorelDRAW) is provided to make accurate prints and die-cut. In the case of the bitmap files (PNG, JPG), make sure a resolution of 300 DPI and above. Please give designs in CMYK color mode or give Pantone codes to match the correct color.
Q6: Can I customize the shape, size, or finish of vinyl stickers?
A6: Yes. We allow total customization of shapes (irregular or regular pattern), size (small logos – big promotional stickers), and finishes (shiny, matte, waterproof laminating). Give your design or dimensional requirements and we will give you a specific solution.
Q7: What is the lead time for vinyl sticker orders?
A7: Short lead times: Sample production is 1-3 working days, mass production is 3-7 working days. Depending on the order quantity. If there are urgent orders, we offer expedited service to be able to serve your strict deadlines.
Q8: How are the vinyl stickers packaged, and what shipping methods are available?
A8: Stickers are put in moisture-proof bags or cardboard boxes to keep them intact. We provide express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air and sea shipments. Express delivery will take 3-7 working days around the world and we give a tracking number when the shipment is made to enable the real-time tracking.
