A1: We provide IP65 to IP67 (accessible to splashproof or submersible in 1m water not more than 30 mins) and bespoke IP68 (supreme wet conditions) waterproof ratings. Choose based on your case: IP65 to be installed in an indoor control panel, IP67 to be installed in industrial equipment/external devices and the IP68 to be installed in underwater equipment. Our engineers are able to advise on the most suitable sealing structure (edge bonding/ encapsulation) to your needs.​

Q2: What would be the customization of waterproof membrane switches?​

Q3: What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom waterproof membrane switches?​

A3: In the cases of standard waterproof grades (IP65/IP67) and A3C-specific components such as color/key layout, the minimum requirement was 100 units. To test waterproof functioning and fitmentский especially in small-batches (1-50 units) we provide a prototype service (the price is slightly higher) in order to ensure that you can carry out the test.​

Q4: What is the time frame of the production and delivery of ordered products once the order is confirmed?​

Q5: Can I get a pre-production sample to verify waterproof performance?​

A5: Yes. We offer 1-3 pre-production samples with total waterproofing (spray/submersion tests on each IP rating). Should you place a bulk order of more than 500 units then the sample fee is 100 percent refundable. A test report with sample delivery is also provided to ensure waterproof integrity.​

Q6: What quality inspections are conducted for waterproof membrane switches before shipment?​

A6: Each batch is subject to high-quality standards: check of IP rating (professional testing equipment), circuit continuity test, adhesive peel strength test, edge seal tightness test, and temperature/humidity resiliency test. Comprehensive quality report can be obtained on demand when it comes to industrial/medical device applications.​

Q7: Which types of payment terms are accepted, and do you believe in long-term cooperation?​

A7: Flexible payment terms:​

  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment​
  • PayPal: Under $5,000 (good when it comes to small orders/prototypes)
  • L/C (Letter of credit): In large orders that exceed 50000.

We are also providing discounted rates and dedicated account manager to long-term partners and priority production to repeat orders.​

Q8: What is the policy of the return and replacement of waterproof switches?​

A8:

  • Non-personalized mass products: 30 days of receiving returns (unutilized, in their original packaging)
  • Personalized goods: We include a free replacement or repair of the product in case of waterproof failures (e.g., water leakages, destroys seals) or manufacturing flaws within a period of 7 days after receiving. Photos/videos of the problem are welcome, -we pay all freight expenses to replace.​

Note: Returns do not apply in the case of problems which can be traced to inappropriate customer specifications (e.g. wrong IP rating request, incorrect dimensions, etc.) or poor installation.

1. State Concrete Waterproof Specifications

State the necessary IP rating (IP65/IP67/IP68 or custom) and real life situations (ex. splash exposure, temporary submersion, high humidity). Help us know whether the switch will touch chemicals, dust or high temperatures- this enables the sealing materials (silicone gasket/ sealed adhesive) and structural design to be optimised so that there is no leakage of water.​

5. Report Final End-Use Environment

Provide the operating temperature (-40 o C to 85 o C is normal; alternatives can be requested), contact with liquids (freshwater/saltwater/chemicals), and frequency of use. This assists us in improving the structural integrity (e.g. reinforced edge sealing) and resistance of the material.​
