- Non-personalized mass products: 30 days of receiving returns (unutilized, in their original packaging)
- Personalized goods: We include a free replacement or repair of the product in case of waterproof failures (e.g., water leakages, destroys seals) or manufacturing flaws within a period of 7 days after receiving. Photos/videos of the problem are welcome, -we pay all freight expenses to replace.
Note: Returns do not apply in the case of problems which can be traced to inappropriate customer specifications (e.g. wrong IP rating request, incorrect dimensions, etc.) or poor installation.
